Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in collections at financial sector.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Activities where you can apply your experience and knowledge:
Collections Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for early-stage collections to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.
Monitor and analyze delinquency trends to adjust collection tactics accordingly.
Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise the early collection team, ensuring they meet individual and team targets..
Process Optimization: Streamline collection workflows and leverage technology to improve efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure collection practices comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and aim for amicable resolutions.
Reporting: prepare regular reports on collection performance, KPIs, and delinquency trends for senior management.
