Production Planner

General Description
Build a production planning in order to meet all the customer requirements in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Elaborate the production planning meeting weekly indicators
-Define actual production objectives according to the capacity and limitations of the area
- Identify the most urgent production needs and prioritize them with the areas involve in the process
- Analyze MRP/Excel systems to ensure accuracy of the production planning data. Production Start dates, production lead times, WIP, efficiencies and downtime.
-Reduce inventory and try to keep inventory levels down to reduce costs
-Optimize resources and maximize the capabilities when executing planning
-Manage ERP for inventory/Raw Material needs/actual demand visualization
- Keep the finishing production orders up to date for an accurate MRP data
- Report daily finishing production data and analyze real production vs the plan
- Manage the finishing production inventory
- Analize causes of non-compliance with the production plan with the rest of the team
- Propose tools to optimize the production
-List fabric priorities and coordinate with the shipping area
- Work closely with the production leader to monitor the operation and supervise that the established plan and objectives are met

- Microsoft Office Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills with different departments
- Data analysis
- Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Organization and time management
-High ability to solve operational problems by identifying quick and effective solutions

-Capable of adapting to change
Experience
- Bachelor´s Degree (Industrial or automation engineering)
- B2, C1 English
-1-2 years of experience on industrial sector
