We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, outstanding facilitation skills, and the ability to work in hybrid environments. This role involves supporting multiple Agile teams while coordinating with key stakeholders in local, regional, and global initiatives.

?Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience on Financial or Insurance Sector
• English Advance is a MUST
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing at least 2 Agile teams simultaneously, each consisting of 15+ members.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, primarily Scrum.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing product and sprint backlogs, facilitating ceremonies, and producing progress and iteration reports.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles.
• Ability to report project status using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach Agile teams in implementing and optimizing Agile practices.
• Organize and lead all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, and Engineers to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure alignment with Release Train Engineers and support PI Planning sessions.
• Actively participate in local, regional, and global project initiatives.
• Monitor and report progress at both the team and feature increment levels.
• Promote continuous improvement and support high-performing teams.

Availability

• Must be available to work on-site in Mexico City as required.
