Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of services-oriented Architecture, restful web services, and API integration.
  
  • Good understanding of Linux OS concepts, CPU performance, Load Avg, Network analysis, Memory utilization, JVM Garbage Collection strategies etc.
  
  • Experience with performance analysis of large-scale cloud-based application system.
  
  • Understanding concepts like Connection Pooling, Load balancers, max connections, rate limiting, traffic routing, network latency.
  
  • Caching Technologies like Elastic cache, CDN/Edge Servers
  
  • TLS Encryption, security, web application firewall (WAF)
  
  • Experienced database skills (oracle, DB2, MySQL, MongoDB etc.), working knowledge of UNIX or Linux
  
  • Experience in container-based architecture
  
  • Experience in any one of scripting languages (shell, python etc.)
  
  • Understanding of Mobile SDK languages is a plus

• Engage with developers, architects, PMO, product, O&I and RISE teams from the start of the SDLC phase.

• Subject matter expertise for the assigned product verticals.

This group innovates technology that improves the lives of millions of people around the world for the payment ecosystem. The desired candidate will be part of this journey of our team and will be contributing and monitor critical Digital Products. This will also include providing on-call support, engaging customers and business, analyze functional and technical in-depth solutions.

• Dive deep and understand every issue occurred and own them completely for end-to-end closure.

• Proactive troubleshooting & product maintenance/break-fix.
