We are a leading automotive manufacturing company looking for a Junior Planner to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow within a global organization.
The Junior Planner will support material planning activities, ensure timely availability of components, and collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and monitoring material requirements based on production schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Support inventory control and warehouse operations.
Help manage data accuracy within the ERP system.
Collaborate in monthly closings for purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
Assist with import/export documentation and processes.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Basic understanding of production planning and supply chain operations.
Familiarity with warehouse or inventory processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and follow up on tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Internship or up to 1 year of experience in a logistics, planning, or purchasing role (preferred but not mandatory).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).
