The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting the organization's strategic goals through robust financial management. This role requires advanced proficiency in English and a strong background in systems implementation especially Sage Intacct, treasury, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.

• Oversee cash management and treasury functions, ensuring optimal liquidity and risk management.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support business decisions.

• Lead the implementation of new financial systems and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring continuous improvement and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrated experience in treasury and cash management.
• Proven success in implementing new financial systems and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
