Objective

Be the person in charge of the supervision in structural work of the project in execution, generating reports of what was observed during their tours on site for decision making in case of a finding not contemplated in the construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to project drawings and specifications.
• Release jobs once you have ensured that the technical aspects of them are met.
• Ensure that the relevant tests are carried out in each activity carried out, to ensure that the specifications of the project are met
• Understand the Client's expectations, scope, and schedule for assigned tasks
• Keep your superior informed of project progress, risks, forecasts and cost.
• Responsible for compliance with the safety regulations of the project.
• Responsible for reviewing volumes and progress of the companies that execute the project, in order to proceed with billing.

What will you bring?

Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Supervision in Structural works in sectors (Oil & Gas, Industrial, Pharmaceutical)

Education

Obligatory:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to project management.
• Use of Software: Office.

Knowledge in:

• Technical knowledge of the discipline you supervise.
• Management of Codes and Standards related to the discipline you supervise.
• Interpretation of plans.
• Knowledge of typical productivities in project execution for the discipline he supervises.
• Management of reports.
