Connect talent from educational institutions through brand positioning.
Manage internal and external talent programs (Dual Model, Interns, etc.).
Oversee hybrid attraction campaigns (job fairs, social media, etc.).

Skills:
Intermediate English.
2+ years of experience in technical or administrative recruitment.
