SALES ENGINEER
Requirements:
•Industrial Engineer or a related technical field.
•At least 2 of experience, ideally in the automotive industry as a supplier.
•Experience in technical sales.
•English B2.
Main responsabilities:
•Develop an understanding of the local customer, including their strategy, organization, planning, decision-making structures, regional development, and Woco's technology coordination.
•Sales activities such as managing requests, project kick-offs, and customer negotiations.
•Price negotiations management (annually) and throughout the product lifecycle.
•Customer-focused business orientation, conflict resolution skills, goal-oriented, determination, delegation ability, communication skills, negotiation strength, and persuasive ability.
•Decision-making for problem resolution and analytical skills.
•Consistency, determination, ability to follow up with the team, and implementation capability.
