Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as renewal summaries, opportunity reports, and account plans.
Learn to use tools like Salesforce and Gainsight to track customer interactions and sales pipeline activity.
Participate in team meetings and 1:1s to understand account strategies and performance metrics.
Help coordinate internal communications across Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.
About you:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn CRM systems.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a customer-first mindset.
