Job Description

• Creation and development of multiplatform web applications using dominant technologies in the market • Participate in software development projects, including design, development, requirements review, managing scope and managing personal deadlines. • Provide maintenance and actualize deployed systems. • Participate in product design, estimates and timeline. • Assist meetings with clients if is necessary (requested by client). • Research and Interacts with PBX systems (such Avaya, unified IP, Avaya Proactive Contact, etc.) • Prepare well designed, testable, efficient code and efficient code following IT-Security guidelines • Prepare and understand complex SQL statements. • Apply principles and best practices for developing secure web applications. • Analyze system deficiencies, suggest and implement effective alternative technical solutions. • Creation of process for automation and/or data transfers. • Continue education/ to further develop programs while maintaining existing skills and knowledge. • Prepare with other developers to complete proposed initiatives, with Software Development Manager mentoring and guidance when needed. • Attend with other areas to complete initiatives (workforce, contact management, networking, telco, infrastructure, MIS, database) • Attend to emergency incidences support requests from the Incidence Management team or superiors. • Follow architecture and coding standards, development methodologies and produce technical and business documentation as needed. • Front-end back-end skills.
