Responsible for payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting
Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration
Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
Maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances

Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team
Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations
Supports internal and external audits
What makes you a good fit
Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll
Advanced English
General knowledge in pension plan management, stock plan, loans, savings fund, severance payments, settlements, Federal Labor Law, tax calculation, general calculation of incidents.
SAP
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience in process optimization
