As an Application Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing second-level support to our valued customers using Thomson Reuters GTM products. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their needs, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

In this opportunity as an Application Analyst, you will be responsible to:

• Provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing their use of Thomson Reuters GTM products.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference.
• Guide customers throughout best practices about GTM suite use.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest product features and technological advancements.
