Objective
Provides experience for the development of the 3D Model in congruence with the Project Execution Plans and its technical documentation. Monitors that the process and flow of information is adequate and timely for its incorporation into said model and that, from it to users, internal clients and interested parties ("stakeholders"), it is effective for its use in accordance with the expectations that are defined. as the project objectives.. Develop and maintain construction practices for the project. Control and coordinate construction activities to ensure assigned projects are delivered to the clients satisfaction and according to safety, quality, time and budget parameters.

Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to use Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology and have 3D model with a Level of Detail (LOD) 350 and Level of information (LOI) 500 following specific Owner requirement. Extensive knowledge of Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, ArhiCAD, Tekla, Vectorworks, ArchiCAD MEP, Revit MEP, CAD-Duct, Autosprink, Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage,Navisworks Sumulate and 4D Scheduling (MS Project & Primavera) Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Recognized as a technical expert and thought leader within construction, providing consultation to engineering and construction site management in their area of expertise
- 4D simulations,
- A support to procure including the formulation of annexes on the application of BIM in the bidding packages for construction and commissioning works as well as in what corresponds to the evaluation of bids, its use during construction, supervision, workshop drawings, change orders, incorporation of operation manuals, maintenance, spare parts lists including maintenance logs

- Education: Architecture (graduated)
- BIM Certification
- English: Intermediate
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects leading BIM teams.
Software:
