¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Material Handling Professional at La Laguna IRS Plant!

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management - DPMI, MM, Supply-On, AS/EDI/2D, consignment, late payments.
• MRP Controller Inventory forecast SM, YTD, FY.
• Engineering Changes, SOP/EOP.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage their performance and ensure supplier due date adherence.
• Working with the Purchasing & Risk Management teams on any emergent situation/crisis or force majeure.
• Work along project stakeholders on all kaizen or continuous improvement.
• Provide support to Purchasing.
• Continuous improvement processes and administrative functions to ensure a streamlined and efficient way of working.
• Mentoring, guidance and training of new and/or junior team members as required.
• Any other tasks as required by the Company.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English
• Experience in a similar position
• Understanding of special and customer specific requirements of the automotive business & HAZMAT.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office & SAP (OR9 preferably) is mandatory.
• Superior attention to detail to trouble-shoot problem solving.
• Strong leadership qualities, influencing and interpersonal skills. Will be able to constructively challenge and persuasively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
• Proven ability to independently lead negotiations and support in the development of strategies for daily operations and projects.
