Are you passionate about visual storytelling through design and animation? At TECNO Mobile, we're looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong skills in motion graphics to help us craft eye-catching digital content for millions of users across social platforms.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visually compelling graphics, animations, and motion content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop animated assets, transitions, and effects tailored to short-form video formats and current trends.
• Create templates and graphic systems to streamline production and ensure visual consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate in brainstorming and concept development for integrated campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality assets on time.
• Maintain organized project files and follow TECNO Mobile's brand and technical guidelines.
• Support post-production processes by adding graphic overlays, animated elements, and lower thirds.
• Contribute to the development of materials for regional campaigns, events, digital activations, and retail communications.

?? What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, Multimedia—or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years specializing in motion graphics (preferred).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Skilled in creating animations specifically optimized for TikTok and vertical video platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Experience designing graphics for social-first content, digital campaigns, and activations.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; intermediate or higher English preferred.
• Portfolio required, showcasing design and motion graphics work relevant to TikTok or short-form content.
