Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Administrative Assistant to support the LATAM team. This individual will play a key role in assisting with the preparation and management of Proof of Concept (POC) packages, setting up and supporting technical platforms, and providing back-office technical support for the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical assistance, administrative tasks, and a strong understanding of technology platforms and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
POC Tech Support (2-3 per month/CSO):
- Establish CCTV Connections: Setup and validation of CCTV systems.
- Prepare POC Packages:
- Compile and organize presentation materials (PPT) with bubbles marking key store areas, organize modules in english/spanish/vietnamese, and detailed instructions for the factory team.
- Provide all necessary details, such as operational requirements, protocol, and technical specifications.
Technical Support for CSO :
- Dashboard Setup: Configure the Yedda dashboard for clients, ensuring correct settings and data integration.
- Manage Setup: Assist with the setup of the "Manage" platform to monitor and track POC results and client data.
- Mobile App Setup: Support the integration of the Yedda mobile app for the client. (Approx. 1 hour)
- Final Report Support: Assist in the creation of final reports for the clients based on POC results.
- Asana Support: Provide technical assistance with project management tools.
Support for BU Mexico:
- Preparation of Invoices for Current Clients:
- Handle invoice preparation for existing clients, ensuring all details are accurate and meet internal financial guidelines.
- Average time per invoice: (note: some clients may require multiple invoices).
Additional Tasks:
- Technical Troubleshooting and Communication: Provide support during the POC process and assist with troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with technology platforms, particularly in dashboards, mobile apps, and CCTV systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple technical packages while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative or back-office support, especially in technical environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana or similar to help organize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) to communicate effectively in team Yedda
