We are currently seeking a Account Capture Manager to join our team in Remote, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
Overview
This role is dedicated to one or more existing clients with high-growth potential. This person works very closely with account leadership, sales, delivery and supporting organizations to lead these expansion sales opportunities. Communicating effectively on all levels of customer and NTT Data organizations is key to success.
Principle Accountabilities
• Capture in-year revenue
• Execute internal NTTDS sales and sales support processes
• Manage and coordinate all bids on the account
• Focus on projects & opportunities from $100K to $5M
Responsibilities
• Support the account in customer meetings, advocating NTT Data point of view and articulating our differentiation
• Collaborate with Client Executive, Sales Executive and Delivery Executive to support revenue growth opportunities once the opportunity has been qualified.
• Validates the value proposition for potential opportunities
• Articulate our solution approach to the account delivery lead, including material risk factors and mitigation strategies
• Create client proposals and deliver presentations that articulate our value propositions and how they resolve client issues and meet client objectives
• Review solution, cost and price models and ensures they are governed appropriately.
• Work closely with operations, contracts, finance, human resources, proposals and other departments to ensure price proposals are professional, compliant, accurate, competitive and profitable.
• Responsible for identifying and assembling necessary resources/skills to respond to opportunities.
• Manage the pursuit lifecycle for a large portfolio of opportunities.
Qualifications
• Well-rounded experience with technical, financial and contracting aspects of IT outsourcing
• Strong leadership, business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative, as well as be a strong contributor in a team environment, natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years IT outsourcing/delivery experience
• Demonstrated understanding of opportunity lifecycle
• Business/financial understanding and expertise.
• Strong organizational, communication, networking and leadership skills.
• Business and customer-oriented team player with ability to form alliances across organizational boundaries.
• Proven program management skills and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Ability to cope with very high peak workloads, occasional travel, and short deadlines.
