JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of the role
- Responsible of managing the accounts of suppliers assigned to his/her portfolio.
- Contact person in Finance for the trade suppliers of the company (hotel accommodation)
- Support the activities required for the implementation of the standard process according to the Global Finance Process, perform master data review and updates; perform open items cleansing and reconciliation.
Tasks to be performed
- Responsible for the invoices' accounting and resolution of incidences
- Prepare ordinary payment proposals, review of accounts and payment requests, accounts reconciliation and further support.
• Manage supplier account enquiries
• Other activities related to accounts payable
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Analytic skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- A positive trouble-solver with excellent work ethics
- Ability to build relationship within the organization at all levels
- Good MS Office skills
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience at travel industry
- Accounting & Financial proven knowledge /background
- Experience using SAP /Any other Accounting software
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Tourism
- Native Spanish speaker. Conversational English. Portugese will be a plus
