Description

As a Jr Credit agent, you will be responsible to review, and release part orders. This includes securing and processing payments (credit card/ ACH ) and other tasks under the credit department's scope of responsibilities.

General Functions:

• Review/release of part orders.
• Secure pre-payments on part orders using online credit card processing portals (Chase/Amex)
• Verify unreleased orders daily and follow-up.
• Maintain dealer Insurance certificates and other required documents.
• Request documents, upload to system(QB) ensure follow-ups.
• Review unapplied payments and apply to invoices.
• New account set-ups
• Cash app back-up.
• Credit Notes
