Key Responsibilities
Manages sales incentive data and calculation processes related to Sales Incentives programs (SIP) for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly.
Develops metrics and goals for SIP management.
Prepares data, calculations and documentation for leadership on the structure and processes.
Develops procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data
Addresses complex questions from employees and other HR professionals.
Manages maintenance of SIP calculation tool and HR Information Systems.
May liaise with vendors, ensuring programs within an assigned area are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget.
Requirements
3- 5 years of experience in related positions.
Bachelor Degree
