Quality engineer

Requirements:

- Minumum 3 years experience in Qualyity

- Hands on experience of using Quality Tools for Problem solving & Statistical Analysis.

- Knowledge of Problem-Solving tools & methodology (8D, fish bone, why-why etc.)

- Understanding of Quality Principles

- Good understanding of manufacturing.

- Good understanding of data & statistics

- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to provide follow-up for Internal Reject Rate and Customer Corrective Action Reports (CCARs) action plan effectiveness

- Audit PFMEA & Control Plan documents vs shop floor compliance

- Driving quality control improvements and standardization

- Support the problem-solving methodology across NAFTA FC sites

- This position covers Internal Reject Rate and CCARs action plan follow up for FC business in the NAFTA region with core focus on improving quality of manufacturing operations in plant

- Internal reject rate, customer complaints, product quality delivery, manufacturing process benchmarking, 8D process to solve problems aiming to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
