Master Data Specialist

Responsible for entering and modifying data in a company's SAP database. Also, to provide quality control over the elements and provide guidance to the customer and Co-workers according to their needs. The positions have an impact on several corporate functions, and master data specialist into the work of many different departments on the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Assists in the overall solution to quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the approach of "doing it right the first time".
• Ensures that Master Data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.
• Identifies and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
• Provides support to Production during the internal/external process.
• Understands the impact of the Master Data maintained and provides guidance to business functions regarding Master Data.
• Change Notice Process.
• Manufacturing FAB Review-Capability Site
• Analysis to stablish component classification.
• Mfg. Change Approval-Releasing and confirmation of info transfer.
• Engineering Review- Structure assignment and assemblies BOM.
• Manufacturing FAB Routing Review and FAB CNC Review, Routing Creations, and maintenance
• Quality Confirmation and Windchill CN Closure Confirmation.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering and accredited university or college.
• 3-5 years of experience in in manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of ISO-9001, MS Office, AutoCAD, Lean Manufacturing and SAP MM or PP.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Business Conversational English.
