?Objective: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory control through data analysis, material tracking, and optimization of storage processes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Responsible of the Cycle Counting program design and execution, including inventory adjustments.
• Key Role in coordination and execution of the Periodic Physical Inventory
• Investigate and document discrepancies between physical and system inventory, proposing corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports with key performance indicators (turnover, obsolescence, storage costs).
• Support improvements in inventory control processes to enhance material management efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply teams to ensure material availability.
• Utilize inventory management tools and ERP systems to record movements and improve traceability.
• Monitor of material flows to assure that the balances reported to the authority through the IMMEX program are consistent with the inventories on-hand.
• Effective communication with finance department and customs brokers on issues related with import – export requirements.

Education:

• Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years in Inventory Management, Data Analysis and Material Control

Knowledge:

• ERP Systems (SAP, preferable), IMMEX Program
