A global company in the industrial sector is looking to add a Payroll Analyst to its team—someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in payroll processing and related tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on time
Review and record employee incidents (absences, bonuses, overtime, etc.)
Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
Calculate settlements and severance payments in accordance with labor law
Manage payments to payroll-related vendors and service providers
Perform payroll accounting and account reconciliation
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax and social security regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, etc.)
Operate and manage government platforms such as SUA and IDSE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (completed)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in payroll processing
Solid knowledge of payroll taxes, settlements, and labor regulations (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel and experience using government systems (SUA, IDSE)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Intermediate English (reading and writing technical documents)
