SALES SPECIALIST
PURPOSE:
Servicing 2 business units: Vestolit and Alphagary
Responsible for:
Payment of commissions to agents.
Release of credit notes, charge and returns.
Customer registration, Recipients. As well as modifications to the customer master in SAP.
Maintenance and change of prices in offers and orders for Alphagary.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES:
- Follow-up and execution of strategies and processes for the compliance with the customer registration policy.
- Reviews and analyzes the documentation sent by the commercial area or service to customer to validate if the information is correct and valid; in order to make changes in the customer master.
- Prepares and sends notifications to users to release credit notes. As an informative process prior to the close of each month.
- Responsible for notifying management when there are credit notes according to the DOA.
- Analyzes, evaluates and monitors customer change documentation uploaded to share point.
- Interacts and communicates effectively with internal areas: sales, customer service, credit and collections, and management regarding agent commission payments.
- Participates in the process of credit note release, charge and return flow.
- Consults with credit and collections on status of invoices to continue payment to commission agents.
Responsible for the timely maintenance of prices, checking for compliance with the requested requirements
PROFILE:
Minimum:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, Finance
Degree: Graduate
Desirable: Master's Degree in Administration, Finance
KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE Price maintenance
Customer database management, documentation review and safeguarding.
Review of credit notes prior to release and posting.
Required Use of Microsoft's system very well, particular:
Excel to make pivot tables
Power Point, to made presentations
ERP: SAP
Desirable: Visio, to make process flows
Experience: - - 2 to 5 years of experience in sales administration in similar companies of national or international scope.
