We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time, Data Analyst - Web Marketing to join our team. The Digital Analyst is in charge of maintaining and ensuring a proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device analytics solutions. You will play a critical role in identifying, using and tracking data so your colleagues can work on optimizing user experience(s) and ad campaigns. This position offers flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.

About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time, Data Analyst - Web Marketing to join our team. The Digital Analyst is in charge of maintaining and ensuring a proper implementation of cross-platform and cross-device analytics solutions. You will play a critical role in identifying, using and tracking data so your colleagues can work on optimizing user experience(s) and ad campaigns. This position offers flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Own tag management across multiple campaigns.
- Implement tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager.
- Implement Google Analytics for all campaigns.
- Identify / optimize conversion touch points for use in campaigns with the goal of improving efficiencies within digital campaigns.
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journey, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.
- Stay up to date with the latest paid trends, tools, and best practices with a desire to bring innovative thinking to paid strategies.
- Implement tracking tools to better understand audience behavior and interests.
- Place and verify pixels to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting. This includes how to set up and install pixel events.
- Provide detailed reports and make recommendations to stakeholders based on sound data.
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with digital analytics and tag management tooling.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Google Tag Manager.
- 3-4 years' experience with marketing channels and data.
- In depth knowledge of analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Google suite of tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ad Editor).
- High-level understanding of digital advertising, cross-channel, and marketing attribution.
- Strong knowledge in tracking methods, data layer manipulation, and the transformation and usage of custom JavaScript to Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Ability to design tagging strategies, and automate QA analytics tracking is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Understanding concepts of A/B testing is a plus.
