Job Description: Report Developer (QlikView/Tableau)
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Duration 3 Months Contract with Possible Extension
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Report Developer with expertise in QlikView and Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization, report design, and dashboard development. As a Report Developer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to understand reporting needs and objectives.
• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using QlikView and Tableau.
• Create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to identify key metrics, KPIs, and data sources for reporting purposes.
• Optimize report performance and data processing to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and trends from the data.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to report design, data sources, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to report development and data integration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of data visualization and reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Report Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in QlikView and Tableau, with hands-on experience in report development, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into actionable reports and visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in QlikView or Tableau.
• Experience in integrating QlikView/Tableau reports into web applications.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
• Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI.
