Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEM and paid advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, Bing, and social platforms) that align with our portfolio companies' growth objectives.
- Budget & Performance Management: Oversee multi-channel paid media budgets to ensure optimal ROI while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Plug-and-Play Impact: Take ownership of campaigns from setup to execution, making real-time adjustments based on expert judgment and data insights.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Coordinate with the SEO and marketing automation teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.
- Innovation & Testing: Lead A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation techniques to maximize performance.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SEM and paid media management, with a strong record of driving measurable results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and proficiency in relevant analytics and campaign management tools.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver rapid, tangible improvements in campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

- Startup Experience: Prior work with early-stage startups, showing the agility needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Analytics: Expertise in leveraging data analysis tools for performance optimization.
