The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

You are a Storage Finance Partner with the businesses to ensure that the results and performance metrics are provided to business owners so that they can make actionable decisions. You will regularly gather financial data and perform financial analyses and reporting to influence decisions within the business. You will also drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by staying on top of your product trends and sharing that information within Storage Finance.

Since aaS is regularly rolling out new products, you will help solve business issues and recommend appropriate alternatives related to those offerings. You will be part of a team contribution and meet regularly with your manager and peers. You will exercise independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to dive into a problem and sort out what the facts tell you and then develop a solution will be key to your success.

How you will make your mark...

• Provides complete financial analysis and highlight the positive and negative trends for aaS product lines.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
• Identifies other Storage Finance and/or team issues and proposes solutions.
• Represents finance on cross- functional teams.

About you...

• First level university degree with a focus in business, accounting or economics.
• Around 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Good business acumen.

Annual Salary: $95,100.00 - $218,700.00
