Location: Zapopan (Mexico-based) | Schedule: Monday–Friday (Hybrid mode)

?? Skills & Qualifications

?? Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• Business-level English proficiency is required

?? Experience

• Some relevant experience is preferred
• Motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Driven and eager to learn and grow with our team

Responsibilities

?? Accounting & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data
• Prepare and review general ledger entries
• Support the month-end close process

?? Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

?? Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial statements and reports, such as:
• Balance Sheets
• Income Statements
• Cash Flow Statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

?? Financial Analysis

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support data-driven decision-making
