CRM and Marketing Professional Wanted - Air Design USA Online Store

Air Design, a global leader in Vehicle Personalization within the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket Industry, is looking for a dedicated CRM & Marketing Professional to manage customer relationships for our Air Design USA Online Store. This is a full-time, in-person position at Air Design's Headquarters in Gustavo Baz 43, Estado de México. We highly recommend applicants live near Naucalpan, Tlalnepantla, or other nearby northwest CDMX areas.

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in digital marketing. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to nurture customer relationships, drive sales, and enhance our online presence.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional English Proficiency: You must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. We welcome English speakers of any nationality currently residing in Mexico to apply.
• Customer Service Excellence: A deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service is crucial. You'll be responsible for ensuring positive customer interactions and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Marketing Campaign Management: Proven ability to strategize, execute, and manage successful marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Experience with Inbound Marketing methodologies and Email Marketing platforms is strongly preferred. This includes developing engaging content, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting. You should also have significant experience managing databases within CRM suites, with a preference for experience using the Zoho CRM Suite. This includes data entry, data cleansing, segmentation, and reporting on CRM metrics.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• E-commerce Understanding: While not explicitly required, a basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online retail environments would be beneficial.
