NTT Data is looking for a Field Tech Support Engineer to join the team.
Workplace: Onsite in Querétaro
English required.
Requirements:
- Experience in user support on the Windows platform
- Networking skills
- A means of transportation (car, motorcycle)
- Useful Microsoft Office knowledge
- Windows OS knowledge, installation, and configuration HW and SW support (laptops, desktops, printers (basic).
- Ticket registration (Service now)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years as Technical Support
- Networking (basic: knowing how to identify the type of equipment, configuration, etc.)
- Ticket logging.
- User interaction.
Activities
- Contact with multiple users within the office, plant, and VIP users.
- Manage the inventory of accessories, consumables, and assets.
- Network: monitoring, escalations with the responsible person, configuration via phone calls with people from other countries, and coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation.
- Videoconferencing: system installation, account configuration, ongoing monitoring of videoconference rooms, coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Performing regular equipment audits monthly.
- Compliance with SLAs.
- Ticket logging (incidents and requests) in English.
