Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Pultrusion Line Manager to oversee four active glass polyester pultrusion lines. This role requires deep expertise in resin formulations, raw material mixing, and the full Pultrusion process. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a proven background in managing production operations, developing formulations, sourcing materials, and contributing to R&D efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead startup and daily operations of four pultrusion lines, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize formulations for polyester resin systems used in pultrusion.
• Oversee mixing operations and ensure accurate batching of raw materials.
• Collaborate with sourcing and purchasing to maintain material availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with and manage onsite R&D to support new product development and process improvements.
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support strategic growth by helping scale operations and integrate additional lines as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pultrusion manufacturing, with a focus on glass polyester systems.
• Strong understanding of resin chemistry, formulations, and material behavior.
• Proven ability to manage and lead production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sourcing raw materials and contributing to R&D initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
