Now we´re looking for a Shipping Supervisor with the following requirements.

Required Knowledge, Experience & Academic Data

?

• Minimum of 2 years of proven work as a shipping supervisor. (Preferably 3 years)

• Knowledge of Oracle or SAP.

• Knowledge of material supply and consumption.

• Proficiency in Office Suite.

• Shipping controls that allow for the reconciliation of exports.

• Knowledge in C-TPAT certification

• Knowledge of safety regulations for shipping areas.

• Knowledge of the finished product billing process.

• Experience with exports and imports of materials.

• Knowledge in receiving raw material invoices and flow.

• Written and spoken English.

• Rotate Shift SHIFT 1 6:30 TO 4:06 SHIFT 2 4:06 TO 1:00

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of shipping, receiving, and support staff.

• Provide planning, direction, and control of all available resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading during assigned shifts.

• Ensure that equipment operates according to work instructions and inspection frequencies to maintain quality and material control in the area.

• Supervise and coordinate the unloading of incoming shipments, orderly receiving, outgoing shipments, and billing.

• Perform picking, packing, and staging of outgoing shipments according to customer demand.?
