Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience working as Tier 1.
• In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, international logistics, and MRP/ERP planning.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Technical Knowledge:

• Strategic sourcing and global negotiation practices.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.
• Strong command of KPIs and Supply Chain performance metrics.
• Risk management in global supply chains.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma best practices.
• Advanced English (for negotiations and executive reporting).
