•Minimum 7 years accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing and maquiladora environment.

•5+ years' experience in Accounting

•5+ years' experience managing direct reports

•Solid background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting / analysis.

•Experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial analysis and cost management

•ERP experience (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent a plus)

•Experience with ERP implementations a plus

•Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required

•Fluent in both Spanish & English

•Work closely with the senior management team to assist in achieving operational and strategic goals

•Establish, maintaining, and improve inventory controls and procedures to ensure compliance and financial

•control.

•Partner with corporate and site leadership team to establish, monitor and action Key Performance Indicators for the operations
