STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Phase 1: Infrastructure & Market Intelligence:
Develop and structure databases for: Locations, RAL Facilities, Marketing, Caregivers, Leads, Staff, Clients & Residents, Daily Operations (Logs) and more.
Select and begin implementation of CRM system with strong AI and automation integration.
Evaluate all 50 U.S. states for business viability.
Identify high-potential counties aligned with Ever Kind's RAL model.
Pinpoint target cities for launch within qualified counties.
Create comprehensive process maps for standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals.
Phase 2: Automation & Optimization:
Achieve 100% CRM deployment across all business functions.
Automate all repetitive and operational workflows.
Integrate AI into daily systems and decision-making wherever applicable.
Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns for: Resident lead generation and Caregiver recruitment
Strengthen lead management pipelines across CRM-integrated systems.
