Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Program Administrator Jr located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Administrator Jr role involves... Responsible for assisting with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship bringing support to the Project manager.

What a typical day looks like:

• Help to establish a project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing the project from initiation through transfer.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring the project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
• Prepare program reports for management, customer, or others.
• Assist in metrics development and tracking.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, related or equivalent work experience.
• Experience Jr in the position.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PP).
