Location: Aguascalientes Manufacturing Plant

General Description:

The analyst is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and giving strategic initiatives for automation through software and systems to achieve organizational objectives according to the needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finding business strategies through the applications and digital resources available in the company through researching activities and process mapping.
• Developing automation improvements through new technologies used by the company such as Tableau, winshuttle, SAP, etc.
• Planning, coordinating and executing the implementation of the projects in a correct way, assuring the "start-up" of the project.
• Providing technical solutions through technological tools in order to achieve the objectives of the automation project.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial administration, Public Accountant or equivalent.
• Engineering or Information Systems Degree (with Finance background)

Previous Work Experience

• Previous work Experience 4 - 5 years in finance, accounting, planning departments or similar.
• Desirable experience in Project implementation.
• Desirable experience in Data analysis

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Language: English TOEIC 500 points. Desirable capable to maintain a fluid conversation with business vocabulary.

• Travel %: 20 %

• Must have:
  • Preferably automotive background and experience in analytical roles.
  • Solid financial acumen (analytical skills) and strong or precise attention to detail.
  • Dependable, flexible, team work
  • Knowledge in manufacturing process.
  • Ability to solve problems

• Nice to have:
  • SAP (mainly) / Oracle / CONTPAQi
  • Excel advanced

• Computer Skills:

  • MS Excel: Advance (PC spreadsheets)
  • Experience with Tableau or database software is a plus, SAP system.
