• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field in the economic-administrative area.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive or OEM sector.
• Advanced SAP user (purchasing, sales, and logistics modules).
• Experience in international logistics, including door-to-door shipping, traffic coordination, and documentation follow-up.
• Strong background in order management, inventory control, and invoicing.
• Familiarity with customer portals and EDI processes.
• Desirable: experience working with European clients and coordination with headquarters abroad.

• Manage orders, shipments, and inventories for OEM clients (mainly products imported from Germany).
• Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on delivery schedules, respond to urgent requests, and solve issues proactively.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to confirm requirements and coordinate deliveries.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and re-invoicing according to client policies.
• Oversee imported samples and validate ICPs with the Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
