Job Opening: OEM Customer Service Analyst – FLG
?? Location: Querétaro, Mexico
?? Reports to: FLG Operations Coordinator
?? Department: Customer Service / Logistics / OEM Purchasing
?? Industry: Automotive | Lubricants | Manufacturing
Academic Background- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field in the economic-administrative area.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive or OEM sector.
- Advanced SAP user (purchasing, sales, and logistics modules).
- Experience in international logistics, including door-to-door shipping, traffic coordination, and documentation follow-up.
- Strong background in order management, inventory control, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with customer portals and EDI processes.
- Desirable: experience working with European clients and coordination with headquarters abroad.
- Manage orders, shipments, and inventories for OEM clients (mainly products imported from Germany).
- Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on delivery schedules, respond to urgent requests, and solve issues proactively.
- Maintain constant communication with clients to confirm requirements and coordinate deliveries.
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and re-invoicing according to client policies.
- Oversee imported samples and validate ICPs with the Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English is a must (spoken and written).
