Job Requirements

• University degree (bachelor's degree required).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of chemistry, electricity, and statistics.
• Experience with cathodic electrodeposition systems, immersion washing systems, hazardous waste handling, and hazardous materials management, among others.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and CQI-12.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene requirements for personnel.
• Schedule and supervise production activities.
• Train and oversee personnel, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve non-conformities and quality claims.
• Conduct statistical process control.
• Maintain painting system parameters within the required range.
• Perform chemical maintenance of the painting and washing line.
• Provide technical support in the design of painting racks for new products.
• Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
• Supervise the wastewater treatment plant.
• Develop new supplier relationships.
