Tasks:

Ensure the implementation of the quality targets and procedures on the production

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the quality management assurance system according to the company's policy objectives and the requirements of the ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management system; Carry out quality management at the production site.

2. Responsible for the preparation of the company's management review.

3. Responsible for the statistical analysis and quality improvement of the completion of the company's quality objectives.

4. Responsible for on-site inspection and incoming inspection. Take use of SPC or other tools to monitor the production process.

5. Supervise the operators to strictly follow the working instruction.

6. Check the effectiveness of the quality assurance documentation on site.

7. Identify the potential quality and safety risks on site, taking the preventive actions.

8. Track and record the supplier's quality performance, kick off the claim to the suppliers and take actions to improve the supplier's performance.

9. Monthly report of the quality performance.

10. Calibration of measuring devices.

? Qualifications:

1. Education: College degree or above

2. Experience: More than 2-3 years of quality work experience

3. Skills/Abilities:

ü Familiar with quality tools and Microsoft office

ü Hands-on experiences with radiators

ü Knowledge using calipers, micrometers CMM ETC

ü Sensitive to the changes on the data and processes

ü Strong sense of responsibility

ü English C1
