Objective:

Analyze and control the company operations based on new projects, production plans in order to guarantee an stable business with their expenses and budget.

Tasks

• Plan the budget to prepare the annual business plan process and carry out the necessary reports to guarantee the budget control.
• Manage the monthly cost estimate in order to obtain visibility of the business expenses
• Reinforce the expenses for the closing month to execute reports and explain the variations between the plan versus the budget in order to demonstrate to the leaders the current situations of the company
