REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Humanistic areas, Administration Psychology, Laws, Human Resources or related career.
Experience: 4+ years in HR Labor relations.
Skills: Problem solving, effective communication, interpersonal relationships, focus on results, innovative and Openness to change, Leadership ability, service orientation.
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge and interpretation of Federal Labor Law, Internal work regulations, Disciplinary procedures, Project Management, Knowledge of tools such as: Excel, Word, Outlook, TRESS.
Desirable Knowledge: Power BI, Teams.
Lenguages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
