Remote Analytics Leader

Position overview: NTT DATA North America is looking for a Solutions/Services Line Specialist Advisor for our Data, Analytics & AI – Global Platform and AI Inside program. The Solutions/Services Line Specialist Advisor will be responsible for the creation and enablement of analytics solutions for the program, focused on utilizing the pertinent data to enable reporting that supports leadership decision making process in achieving the organization's strategic objectives.

Role:

This role involves working directly with the leadership, program management team and pertaining product workgroups to develop sophisticated solutions tackling complex problems by centralizing, standardizing and reporting the necessary metrics to delivery results that can change business behavior and improve capability in the company. The advisor will also perform pivotal activities in support of business and client engagement areas, by identifying, consolidating and reporting AI-related sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• 50/50 balance between leading, discovering, resolving issues and developing analytics solutions with multiple databases

• Put in place KPI tracking and reporting mechanisms.

• Build analytics and KPI tracking, including but not limited to usage, #users, projects, value generated, and others.

• Produces actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting, exploring, identifying and communicating insights discovered within complex data sets.

• Provides coaching to other team members in enabled solutions through KT sessions or collateral development.

• Supports program leadership in implementing Analytics/AI and Automation systems for evaluation, control and road to success.

• Expand tracking and reporting solutions holistically to all SFDC in all regions.

• Keep up with SFDC consolidation program.

• Substantial knowledge on SAP solution and databases.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.

• Native Spanish. English as a second language.

• 10-12 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft solutions such as workflows, applications, PowerBI, Azure, Office*

• Ability to conduct and research predictive analytical modeling issues, practices, and products.

• Data mining skills utilizing predictive modeling software such as, but not limited to: Statistica, SAS, R, SPSS, Hadoop, Teradata, etc.

• Familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles with a working knowledge of

• SQL, Toad, Business Objects, etc.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

• USA visa B1 or B2

The salary for this position is negotiable & this is a remote position, but you need to reside on Costa Rica or Mexico.
