Analyst II, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Qualification.
JOB DESCRIPTION
An Analyst II is responsible for overseeing a small volume client and be the client liaison for a group of related projects or the team's singular client. The Analyst II aids in refining team projects and assists fellow team members with daily processes, industry best practices, related questions, and challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing requests and requirements from customers
• Provide support on day-to-day trade program matters.
• Manage border crossing activity.
• Maintain Bill of Material (BOM) feeds and database queries for use in systemic qualification processes
• Analyze data to determine trade preference for a variety of Free Trade Agreements
• Prepare KPI reports as required.
• Integrate and work with other Copper Hill operational groups daily.
• Monitor for and identify potential process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, International Relations or an
Operations Management related field.
- English Advanced
- Regulatory FTA knowledge
Industry specific license or certification is a plus but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team member with a professional demeanor and can-do outlook.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good attitude and willingness to work as a team member.
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
• Customs/compliance experience
• Logistics/Supply Chain experience
• 3+ years' experience as a Trade Analyst
Hybrid Work Model.
