WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
• Ensure the safety and quality of our products and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ensure our internal audit calendar and corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure that our products, procedures and processes comply with the external agencies certifications such as ATEX, ETL, UL, FM, CSA, etc.
• Identify the root of technical issues, recommend fixes to our customers and prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
YOU HAVE:
• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or engineering technology preferred.
• 1+ Year of experience in Quality Areas such as process audits, document control, internal and external complaints, internal and external audits.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Be a self-starter/self-motivated, detail oriented and a good communicator both written and oral.
• Computer literate - proficient in a wide variety of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access).
• Able to develop relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, etc. .
• Show a strong commitment to Customer focus, Respect and Teamwork, and Innovation.
• Display positive energy, accountability, and integrity.

- Guide external audits and Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues on incoming materials.
YOU HAVE:

• 1+ Year of experience in Quality Areas such as process audits, document control, internal and external complaints, internal and external audits.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
