This position reports to

Procurement Manager

Your responsibilities

• Run weekly shorts report (8 weeks) to identify critical materials.
• Confirm with suppliers the best arrival dates (daily).
• Call suppliers to expedite shipment and delivery dates (daily).
• Tracking of parcels and carriers (daily).
• Follow-up with Traffic and Logistics for import and arrival of material (daily).
• Notify Warehouse of the arrival of critical material and ensure receipt in SAP (daily).
• Identify cause of critical shortage (OPQ, inventory adjustment, omission of Engineering, omission of purchases, material damaged by production, etc). (diary).
• Implement actions to eliminate repetitiveness.
• Interview on the floor with materialists and supervisors to identify other critical materials (daily).
• Ask Engineering to analyze alternative options to divert and follow up (daily).
• Request support from SCM to locate and quote alternative options to divert. (daily).
• Monitoring of deviation options with PM's.

Your background

• Active student preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical administrator) careers.
• English language conversational level is a must.
• Management of MS Office (Excel, Macros, power point, word).
• Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory).
• Analytical.
• Good communication.
• Teamwork.
