Objetive:

Comply with the correct development of equipment tooling, installation and implementation of layout.

Main Responsibilities:

• Tooling design & development, Implementation and improvement of manufacturing equipment or tools Capital Projects.
• Analysis and control of Budget Capital Projects.
• Administration method to Follow up equipment, tooling, facilities suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Macros & Pivot Tables).
• Have a register of lesson learned of each equipment.
• Prepare and provide reports to the manager weekly
• Keep control of KPI's
• Deliver equipment, tooling, solutions validated to the Plant.
• Continuous Improvement.

Knowledges:

• AutoCAD/SolidWorks Software knowledge.
• PLC programming (desirable)
• Automation
• Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical knowledge regarding equipments.
• Problem Solving Methodologies.
• IATF Norm.
• Core Tools.
• APQP/PM methodology knowledge.
